RTT goes to the root — not the symptom.
Rapid Transformational Therapy, or RTT, is a gentle, guided approach that works with your mind in a deeply relaxed state. Rather than managing how you feel on the surface, it helps you reach the beliefs underneath — where a pattern first began — and gently update them. It's calm, collaborative, and you stay aware throughout.
The method, and where it comes from.
Rapid Transformational Therapy® was developed by Marisa Peer. Sandra Madi is a certified RTT practitioner, trained in the method she created.
Four disciplines, woven into one process.
RTT isn't a single technique. It draws on hypnotherapy, neuroscience, psychotherapy and NLP and weaves them into one guided process — meeting your mind in a relaxed, receptive state to reach the moment a belief was formed and rewrite it at the source, rather than working only with the surface.

What actually happens.
Every session is personal, but the arc tends to follow the same gentle sequence — from settling in to leaving with something to carry the change forward.
- To begin
Settling in
We talk first — what's been going on, and what you'd like to feel instead. There's no script to follow and nothing you have to disclose before you're ready.
- Easing down
Guided relaxation
I guide you into a calm, focused state — much like the drift between waking and sleep. You stay aware and in control the whole time; it simply quiets the busy surface of the mind.
- Going deeper
Finding the root
Together we follow a feeling back to earlier moments connected to it, so we can understand where a belief was first learned — gently, and at your pace.
- The turning point
The rewrite
We loosen the belief that no longer serves you and, in its place, offer the mind a kinder, truer one — the part of the work people most often describe as freeing.
- Carrying it forward
Your recording
You leave with a short personalised recording to listen to daily. Listening reinforces the new wiring through repetition in the days that follow.
The simple ideas underneath.
RTT rests on a few well-supported ideas about how the mind learns and changes. It works with the rules of the mind and helps create new neural pathways.
Beliefs are learned
Most of the beliefs that shape how we feel were absorbed early, often without us choosing them. What was learned can, with the right conditions, be relearned.
The root sits below
A lot of what drives our reactions lives below conscious thought. Working in a relaxed state helps us reach that level, where lasting change tends to begin.
Repetition rewires
New patterns settle through repetition. Listening to your recording over the 21 days that follow gives the change time to take hold.
Where people often bring it.
RTT is used to support a wide range of everyday struggles. It isn't a medical treatment and doesn't replace care from a doctor — but many people explore it for areas like these.
- Confidence
- Self-worth
- Anxiety & stress
- Fears & phobias
- Money & success blocks
- Relationship patterns
- Purpose & clarity
The things people wonder about.
Curious whether RTT is right for you?
The simplest way to find out is a free, friendly conversation. We'll talk through what you'd like to change and whether working together feels right — no pressure, no commitment.
